Description
This recognition is those who support the West in times of war, by the Crown of the West.
From the West Kingdom College of Heralds Website:
"This honor is given to those that serve the realm most outstandingly during times of war. It is given to people such as water-bearers, marshals, heralds, chirurgeons, and many others. Members are given a braid of ribbons containing colors from the arms of the Kingdom and all of its Principalities (the colors used are blue, gold and green). This is sometimes abbreviated: DefWest."
