The Order of Missile Champions is granted by the Crown of the West.
From the West Kingdom College of Heralds Website:
"This recognition is granted at 12th Night to the current Archery Champion. This is a permanent award/recognition. The members of the Order may wear a cloak bearing the badge of the order. This was formerly called the Order of the Levis Armaturae, then it was the Ordo Primorum Telis, now the Order of Missle Champions. "
