Mists Bardic
An annual feast in the fall with singing and verse competition to decide the next Bard of the Mists.
Competitors are expected to be ready to take over the duties of the Bard of the Mists for a year if they win. "Auditors" (people who wish to test their skills but do not want the job) may or may not be allowed, depending on how many entrants there are, but are usually welcome.
Most Bards of the Mists agree that this is a challenging job that can spur creativity to new heights. Take a look at the list of the previous Bards of the Mists.
