Membership in the Order of the Silver Ivy is given by the Prince and Princess of the Mists.
From the West Kingdom College of Heralds Website:
"This is awarded to those who have served the Principality as Champion of the Mist and Champion's Consort. The tokens for this are a pair of pendants, one fitting inside the other, of an ivy leaf."
