The Order of the Silver Mantle is granted by the Crown of the West.
From the West Kingdom College of Heralds Website:
"This honor is given by the Crown on the recommendation of the members of the Order to those who serve as consistently good examples of well-accoutered fighters. There is currently no symbol for the Order."
