The Order of the Silver Nib is given to members of the College of Scribes for excellence by the Crown of the West.
From the West Kingdom College of Heralds Website:
"This is an award given by the Crown to members of the College of Scribes of the Kingdom, for excellence and quantity of scrolls in their scribe work. The token given is a silver pen nib on a black and gold braided ribbon."
