Titus Scipio Germanicus
Duke Titus is the current Crown Prince of the West, with Arianwen as his Princess.
His Grace is a Knight and fourth Generation Duke in the Line of Greyhelm, and has reigned twice as King of the West, both with Duchess Eilis O'Boirne.
History
When Titus joined the SCA he jumped right into many service rolls including; principality teamster and regalia officer, and autocrating and co-autocrating events, all while maintaining a keen passion in Heavy fighting. Titus was famous his first year of heavy fighting for fighting with left-handed and right handed shields (whatever he could borrow up), just so he could fight. After a year or so in, Titus met Duke Uther, and a fast friendship was formed upon Uther realizing that Titus was not actually left-handed, he just wanted to fight that bad. Duke Titus possesses a keen skill at armoring, as evidenced by the many stunning, period and effective suits of armor he refurbished himself early in his fighting career.
While even though a squire at the time, Titus was one of the driving forces and founders of the Western Spartans War Unit, and since his knighting in 2002, has looked to develop himself even further and to teach others. Titus is currently running a monthly training clinic in the Modesto area. His Grace is also authorized in, and fights rapier on a regular basis.
