Turtious of the Ninth Legion

Turtious of the Ninth Legion is a resident of the Stronghold of Battle Rock and Palatine Baron of the Far West (since October 2010-April 2011). Turtious moved to the Far West from Caid, where he was a member of the Ninth Legion. The heralds of the Far West are preparing a proper name and heraldic bearings for Baron Turtious.
Turtious changed his persona to a viking style persona in mid 2011 and became Bjorn Olfuss and is currently getting his name and device registered.
